Abstract

Manual analysis of flow cytometry data constitutes one of the major sources of variability in flow cytometry analyses. This is mainly due to the order in which pairs of markers are explored, and to the diversity between operators in their way of shaping gates.
Computational flow cytometry techniques can be used for improving the reproducibility of an analysis.

Here we have evaluated the benefit of a new computational cytometry solution for data interpretation, MetaFlow, on the inter-operator variability in data interpretation using two samples of human PBMC stained with 18-colors from the OMIP-24 publication.
