Abstract
StarBrightTM Dyes from Bio-Rad are a range of 32 dyes specifically designed for use in multicolor conventional and spectral flow cytometry to help alleviate common challenges such as brightness, spillover, fixation and buffer compatibility.
These stable dyes can be added to any existing protocol and used with any buffer or fixative without compromising performance or spectral signatures, giving you reproducible results. They can even be premixed and stored for up to 12 months, saving time and reducing error.
