Eric Deconinck, MD, PhD, is professor of clinical hematology at the University of Marie et Louis Pasteur, Besançon, Franche-Comté. He is head of the Cancerology Department in the CHU Besançon Franche-Comté (University hospital) and a member of the research unit Right UMR1098, affiliated with the INSERM (French National Institute of Health and Medical Research), and works in close collaboration with the EFS (Etablissement Français du Sang, French Blood Bank) in the subunit of “Tumoral antigens and T-cell based immunotherapies”.
